At Safer Six, we know mental health is as important as your physical health. Counselling and other psychological treatments for mental and emotional problems like stress, anxiety and depression are necessary for normal overall well-being. There are lots of different types of therapy, but they all involve working with a trained therapist. Safer Six is pleased to offer therapists that offer in-person or online counselling services for you alone, with your partner, or with a family member. Talking with a therapist will help you understand and cope with the problems you're having.
